Location
The hotel is located in the southern part of the Crimea peninsular, town Yalta in the park area. To reach the town takes only 10 minutes by taxi and 20-30 minutes on foot through the beautiful Massandra Park.

Climate and temperature The climate is mild, lush subtropical evergreen vegetation. On the beach dominates pebble. Average temperature in the sea in summer season (June-late September) +22/+28C, air temperature +24/+35C.

There are plenty of possibilities for amusements near by. It is also possible organizing the excursions to different places of interest- both historical and cultural ones as in town itself and other areas near by upon request as well (for an extra charge).

“Medny Vsadnik” is a four-stored building. At the second floor, there is three-room apartment (120 m) with two bed rooms, a sitting room, a kitchen with refrigerator and crockery, shower cubical and water closet, an extra bathroom, a fire place, two TV sets, a safe, additional children’s beds and sofas. All rooms have air-conditioner. There is a summer terrace and a balcony. Four-room apartment (140 m) on the third floor contains three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with crockery and refrigerator, shower cubical and water closet, an extra bathroom, two TV sets, a safe and a fire place, additional children’s beds and sofas. All rooms have air-conditioner. There is also a balcony. Besides, there are five two-room suites, which are located in the neighboring building.

Every suite has a bedroom and lounge with double bed and double rollaway sofa, a cupboard, a bathroom with all facilities, air conditioner and terrace.

Meals
In a restaurant: breakfast is included, lunch and dinner for an extra price.

Transfer
A client can be met at the airport of Simferopol and brought to destination by a hotel minivan (for an extra charge).
